Safety is the Staff of Life
Moscow hosted the XII session of the General Assembly of the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) to discuss global safety of NPP operation which is the core business of the WANO. According to the WANO’s Chairman Jacques Regaldo, this year session was rated as the most attended over the WANO’s entire history listing 640 attendees. “The WANO members gathered together in order to confirm their individual and corporate readiness to provide safety to NPPs all over the world”, - he said.
