Back-end. German engineering company NUKEM Technologies (part of Rosatom) in a consortium with Uniper Anlagenservice has finished dismantling the reactor vessel and removing it from the reactor shaft of the Barsebäck NPP Unit 1 in Sweden. The consortium won the tender in 2019. It includes dismantling of two reactor vessels at the Barsebäck NPP and two more at the Oskarshamn NPP. All four reactors are expected to be dismantled in 2024.
