Collaboration. Another round of interagency consultations between Russia and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) took place in Kaliningrad. Rosatom Director General Alexey Likhachev highlighted the ongoing preparations for the restart of the Zaporozhye NPP and measures to  ensure its operation in the power generation mode. IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi shared his understanding of the situation with the nuclear plant and provided updates on his recent international engagements. Both sides described the talks as productive and frank, reaffirming their agreement to maintain further contact.
