Composites. NIIgrafit (part of Rosatom) launched a manufacturing line for the production of thermoplastic tapes: prepregs – semi-finished composite materials. These tapes are in demand in the oil and gas industry, construction, aircraft manufacturing and other industries. At the initial stage, the capacity of the production line is 1 ton of thermoplastic tapes per year. There plans to reach the production of 100 tons of new material per year by 2024
