Cooperation between Russia and Hungary in the implementation of the Paks II NPP construction project continues. In early May, a working meeting between the head of Rosatom, Alexey Likhachev and Hungarian  Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó was held. Topical issues of the Paks II project  implementation and other Rosatom projects in Hungary were considered. The parties paid particular attention to the implementation of the key activities of the roadmap for the Paks-ll for 2022-2023 and moving to the construction stage. An agreement was reached to continue regular contacts.
