Icebreakers. A ceremony of laying the keel of a floating dock for universal Project 22220 nuclear icebreakers took place in Istanbul, Turkey. Construction of the dock, including its delivery to Russian Murmansk, will take 29 months. The floating dock is one of the key elements of the coastal infrastructure for servicing nuclear-powered icebreakers.
