ITER Equipment. A large batch of Russian equipment has been delivered to the construction site of the international thermonuclear reactor ITER. The set included high-current busbars providing power supply to the superconducting coils of the ITER magnetic system, as well as switching devices, energy-absorbing resistors, and equipment for control and cooling systems. All of them relate to the power supply system of the future installation, without which it is impossible to obtain the first plasma in the reactor. Compliance with the ITER project schedule largely depends on the timely and regular delivery of these components to the reactor construction site.
