Kyrgyzstan. Rosatom’s wind power division NovaWind and the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund signed an agreement to develop and deliver an investment project for the construction of a wind farm in the Issyk-Kul Region of the Kyrgyz Republic. The farm’s installed capacity is planned to be 100 MW. “We have extensive experience in the construction and operation of wind power plants.
