Memorandum of Understanding between Rosatom and the Zimbabwean Ministry of Higher Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development on cooperation in education and training in the field of nuclear energy.  Efforts will be made to develop interaction between specialized educational institutions, including organizing joint short-term programs, training teachers, developing educational and scientific literature, and student exchange.
