NSR. Atomflot (part of Rosatom) summed up the results of summer-autumn navigation along the Northern Sea Route.  In July 1 – November 30, nuclear-powered icebreakers made 111 icebreaker escorts (compared to 66 in 2020).  The total gross tonnage of the vessels reached 2.1 million tons (1.1 million tons in 2020).  Sixty-two eastbound and 49 westbound escorts were carried out. The key cargo of the summer-autumn navigation was iron ore concentrate (0.5 million tons were transported).
