Rooppur NPP. A pressure compensator was installed in the reactor building of the Rooppur NPP Unit 2 (Bangladesh). This is a 189-ton vessel designed to create and maintain the required pressure in the primary circuit of the reactor. In addition, it compensates for changes in the volume of the coolant when its temperature fluctuates. Rooppur NPP will consist of two units with VVER-1200 reactors with a total capacity of 2400 MW.
