Wind power. Rosatom is going to build wind farms in Myanmar. NovaWind (Rosatom wind energy division) and Primus Advanced Technologies Ltd. signed an agreement that provides for cooperation in the construction of wind farms with a total installed capacity of 172 MW. “The signing of this agreement will serve as the first step towards unlocking the huge potential for the development of wind energy projects in Myanmar. We highly appreciate our cooperation and look forward to forming a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership,” said Grigory Nazarov, NovaWind Director General. “This will bring social and economic benefits to Myanmar, the national power grid and the people of the region,” said Kyaw Hla Win, managing director of Primus Advanced Technologies Ltd.
