A first batch was made in Budapest. Pumps weight 4.8 tons each. They pump fluid with a rate of 1,000-1,250 cubic meters per hour. The manufacture of this equipment by Ganz EEM is continuation of the company’s traditions who made pumps previously, including surge pumps for oil and mining industries. The company Director Attila Szitar-Csanadi commented on mastering the manufacture of the new pumps, saying that “the pump designs rest on progressive engineering solutions that meet requirements of the world standards. The new products can be supplied to countries of Europe, Middle East and Asia.”
