According to the procedure established by the legislation of Belorussia, expert review of documents proving nuclear and radiation safety was performed. Besides that, Gosatomnadzor commission evaluated the conformity of organizational and technical capabilities of the future plant to license requirements and conditions. Licensing will allow starting the main stage of Belarus NPP-2 unit construction.
