Russian Mo-99 to be Supplied to Brazil

Before contract signature, Research Institute of Atomic Reactors (NIIAR) and Research Physical and Chemical Institute (NIFHI) have performed test supply of the Russian Mo-99. In addition, Rosatom has had an official visit to Brazil. Following the test supply, Brazil has been fully satisfied with the quality of the Russian product. The contract with CNEN has become one of the largest contracts since the beginning of Russian Mo-99 supplies to the overseas market. According to this contract, the scope of Mo-99 to be delivered to Brazil will amount to 120-450 Ci per week as a function of the customer needs.
