“We are perfectly aware of the need to make a comprehensive agreement on nuclear cooperation, which embraces a variety of projects, among them construction of floating nuclear power plants, joint programs in China and third countries,” said Dmitri Rogozin at a press conference after his meeting with Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang.
