The standard course was taught by Sergei Isakov, a safety manager at Rusatom Energy International to employees of RAOS Project Oy (a supplier for Hanhikivi-1) and TITAN-2 Construction Holding (a lead subcontractor). The course was supervised by Teemu Reiman, a HSE manager at Fennovoima Oy.
