Agreement with Bolivia takes effect

The document was signed on 6 March in La Paz (Bolivia) and provides for the Russian involvement in Bolivian nuclear power projects. Specifically, Russia and Bolivia will jointly build infrastructure for the Bolivian nuclear industry and construct research reactors. The two countries plan to cooperate in the field of nuclear fuel deliveries and radioactive waste disposal.
