“This is a very large nuclear construction project. Rosatom is active in the project; we have decided to provide a loan to finance the construction. Hopefully, the whole set of legal documents will be signed in the third quarter,” said Mr. Ulyukayev after a meeting with Egypt’s Minister of Trade and Industry at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.
