Plenary session on the following subject will become the basic event of the Forum: “Nuclear engineering — impulse of social and economic development”. Representatives of various states will discuss advantages of nuclear engineering, its influence on social and economic development of the country and possible problems arising in case of its abandoning. Agneta Rising, the general director of the World nuclear association (WNA), will be the plenary session moderator. Special attention will be paid in the Forum program to cooperation of the Russian Federation with the countries of Latin America, Asian-Pacific region, Africa, Central and the Eastern Europe in the field of nuclear engineering, to discussion of Russian proposals on development of national power programs.
