3D printing. Atomenergoremont (part of Rosatom) started 3D printing of parts for nuclear power plant repairs. For the first time, additive technologies were used at the enterprise for the manufacture of spare parts and devices for automated metal control systems (ASCM). Now the body of the manipulator is being manufactured. The part will be manufactured almost entirely (with the exception of wheels and microcircuits). The manipulator is planned to be put into trial operation. In the future, Atomenergoremont plans to manufacture parts for ASCM from carbon fiber and metal-powder compositions. The technology worked out on real equipment and in real conditions is planned to be introduced into the process of performing non-destructive testing at NPPs of Russian design in Russia and abroad.
