Cooperation. Kaliningrad, Russia, hosted the thirteenth round of consultations between Russia and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on ensuring the safety of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP). Rosatom Director General Alexey Likhachev informed IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi about the growing number of incidents in the region, noting casualties and injuries. He called for increased attention to the public assessment of safety risks to the facility and emphasized the unacceptability of any actions that could compromise it. The parties also discussed the continued presence of IAEA experts at the site and the further expansion of information exchange. The participants of the meeting reaffirmed their commitment to continuing the dialogue on pressing issues.
