El Dabaa NPP.  Rosatom gave an excursion to the Minister of Human Resources of Egypt, Mohammed Saafan, and the Chairman of the Egyptian Nuclear Power Plant Authority, Amged El-Wakil, at the site of the future El Dabaa nuclear power plant.  Rosatom representatives showed the guests how the work was progressing, and the port facilities that would be used to deliver the equipment.  In July, an office of the Ministry of Human Resources was opened in the city of El Dabaa to address emerging issues and better adapt staff.
