Lithium. Uranium One Holding N.V. (part of Rosatom) made an agreement with Alpha Lithium Corporation to establish a joint venture to develop the Tolillar lithium deposit in Argentina. The field with an area of 27,500 hectares is located in the world famous “lithium triangle.” Rosatom will acquire a 15% stake in the newly formed Alpha One Lithium B.V. for $30 million. If the project shows the expected economic viability, the share of Uranium One in accordance with the agreement, could grow to 50%.
