Medicine. Rosatom supported a nuclear medicine session at the Legacy and Future of Oncology international conference held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Speakers discussed current trends in the development of nuclear medicine and radiology, and reviewed research results and clinical experience in applying nuclear medicine technologies. Plans were also discussed for the development of the nuclear medicine department at the National Center for Oncology and Hematology (NCOH), which began operations in May 2025 with support from Rosatom experts. “We are working jointly with Rosatom on a project to establish a Nuclear Medicine Center featuring its own facilities for the production of radiopharmaceuticals, PET/CT and SPECT/CT diagnostics, and radionuclide therapy,” said NCOH Director Nurbek Bukuev. “Rosatom supports its partners from the earliest stages of project planning and accompanies project implementation on a concept-to-license basis,” said Yulia Kurashvili, Advisor to the CEO of Rosatom Construction Technologies.
