Rusatom Overseas, a ROSATOM’s affiliate, and Russia’s largest network of private clinics MEDSI signed an agreement of intent, which provides for joint implementation of the project to set up a nuclear medicine center. The nuclear medicine center will be located in the MEDSI’s medical park in Otradnoye, Moscow Region. It will include two sections: the nuclear medicine center proper and the center of ion-proton therapy. In the framework of the project MEDSI will offer medical solutions, train the medical personnel and ensure a flow of patients and provision of services, while Rusatom Overseas will act as the project architect and integrator, ensure supply and servicing of the essential equipment, and train the staff of technicians.
