Their discussion focused on the appointment of Russian experts for the positions in the OECD NEA Secretariat and staff training. Spasskiy and Magwood noted substantial progress in the areas of cooperation chosen during Mr. Magwood’s official visit to Russia in June 2015. They agreed to hold full-fledged talks between Russia and NEA in February 2016.
