The experts will analyze the plant’s processes, inspect conditions of facilities, structures and equipment, have a look at the documentation, observe activities at the plant and interview plant specialists. The experts compare existing practices of operation of NPP with the IAEA standards. Upon mission completion, the experts will write a final report, which will contain both the recommendations for further improvement of Kola NPP operation and examples of good practices inherent to the plant, which can be used at all NPPs across the world.
