back to contentsPOWER-GEN Europe is an international energy exhibition and conference held annually since 1993. The exhibition guests are mainly oil companies’ specialists, TPP, well site construction companies, top managers, procurement and maintenance department members. This is the first conference and exhibition in Europe famous not only with its scale, but with its participants as well. There were more than 1 500 people taking part in the 2013 Power-Gen with 500 exhibitors from Austria, Great Britain, Finland, Germany, Russia, USA, France, Czech Republic and other countries.
The exposition of Rosatom, presented within joint Russian exposition, drew public attention at once. In his greeting speech Sergey Nechaev, the Russian ambassador in Austria, noticed that “Russia properly presented one of the leading industries in its economy” and expressed hope that Russian power energy will retain its leading positions in the world. The exposition joined the Ministry of Energy stand with leading companies of different segments of Russian power engineering, including Rosatom and its affiliates along with regional representatives, government agencies and administration. The Corporation booth was attended by 2000 people.
