Russia is ready to cooperate with PRC in floating NPP construction and can do it on turnkey basis, said vice-PM of the RF Dmitry Rogozin.
“We have been discussing several atomic projects, including floating NPPs. We will keep in mind the restrictions, applied for countries we cooperate with in export control. That’s why we are ready to work on turnkey basis” – said Rogozin following the results of the two countries negotiations.

The first foreign information centre of nuclear power appeared in Hanoi (Vietnam).
Rosatom opened it on the basis of Hanoi Polytechnic University. It is meant to increase the knowledge of the country population over atomic power. “It is great that such an institution has appeared. Now any Vietnam citizen can learn basic things concerning nuclear power”, said science and technology minister of Vietnam Nguyên Khoáng. “We offer our best technologies concerning work with public opinion. There are 16 information centers in Russia, the results are excellent. Now we are bringing our experience and practice to Vietnam”, said Director of communication division of the Corporation Sergey Novikov.

Atommash, the ex-leader of domestic nuclear engineering, which had become part of Rosatom after bankruptcy, received its first big post-soviet order.
The production of WWER-1200 started on the site. The reactor is to be delivered to Baltic NPP. Besides “Atommash” also started producing transport and handling equipment for Novovoronezh NPP-2 and the upper unit for the third power unit of Rostov NPP. Stock of orders for 2013 is already formed. In the coming year the production of set of steam-generators for the Rostov NPP fourth power unit will start.

TVEL fuel company enterprise “Syberian Chemical Combine” JSC (being a part of Rosatom) began processing uranium brought from Australia.
After that the uranium will be delivered to one of foreign companies operating NPP. The shipment of uranium from Australia is result of the contract between “TENEX” JSC and Energy Resources of Australia, Ltd. The agreement was signed on June 6, 2012.
