What is on ATOMEX Agenda
back to contentsThe ATOMEX forum will be held in Moscow on 19–20 October 2016, traditionally divided into 5 stages, i.e. a congress, exhibition, supplier presentations, seminars arranged by nuclear companies, as well as B2B meetings involving suppliers and customers.
The congress will focus on key issues related to procurement and interaction between nuclear vendors and their customers. Much attention will be paid to increasing the share of small and medium-sized businesses in nuclear procurement, including those working in hi-tech and innovative sectors.
The forum will be centered around the plenary session staged as a panel discussion involving the Ministry of Economic Development, Federal Anti-Monopoly Service, Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SME Corporation), Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and managers of Rosatom Group companies. At the top of the agenda are procurement regulations, innovations and trends, as well as specifics of regulatory procedures in procurement of small and medium companies.
In breakout sessions, the discourse will touch upon Rosatom’s procurement and quality assurance systems, cooperation between suppliers and Rosatom companies, promising nuclear construction projects in Russia and abroad, Rosatom’s demand for innovative technologies and nuclear equipment, and other vital issues.
Throughout the ATOMEX forum, the Rosatom Group exhibition stands will play host to seminars for suppliers, followed by B2B meetings.
In 2015, the forum was attended by 874 representatives of 191 nuclear companies and covered by 74 journalists. The exhibition hosted 77 companies accommodated on a total floor of 1,240 sq m.
