At a meeting with Nikolai Spasskiy, Rosatom Deputy CEO, IAEA representatives discussed practical aspects of IAEA safeguards and, in particular, their implementation at the International Uranium Enrichment Center in Angarsk, focusing on Russia’s Safeguards Support Program to serve as an efficient tool of staff training and improvement of safeguards implementation.
